What we help with

Licence trouble. Key not activating, "already activated on 3 devices", lost receipt. Send the order number and we'll sort it.
Refunds. 48-hour window for technical failure or duplicate purchase. See the refund policy for the full detail.
Bug reports. Screenshot, browser, and the input values you used are usually enough. We ship fixes quickly.
Pump database corrections. We list head-loss curves from manufacturer specsheets but real pumps drift over time. Send a datasheet or a Lowe's/Hydrofarm link and we'll update.
Crop database additions. Want a tower-friendly crop we don't list yet? Cite an extension service yield range and we'll add it.
Feedback + feature requests. The roadmap is shaped by what builders actually want. Your email counts.
